How to construct an outdoor pizza oven
Making your own pizza in the outdoors would be an excellent option to rejuvenate oneself. Before making a plan for preparing pizza outdoors, you should know the complexity of it. Preparing pizza indoors is a much simpler process when compared with going for the outdoor pizza preparation.
The most important thing that one should keep in mind is to keep the baking apparatus away from any sort of flammable matter that includes dry grass, small wooden pieces as they could catch fire easily.

Below are some steps that you should follow while preparing an outdoor oven for preparing pizza:
1. Before any other proceedings, first decide the size of the oven. After this select an appropriate location to keep the oven. At the decided location dig a pit that is approximately 5 inches in depth (the pit is made keeping in mind the number of pizzas one wants to accommodate).
2. After the pit has been dig, line its sides with wood. Then insert some concrete into the pit to fill it completely. Let the concrete solution dry, be patient until the concrete totally dries up before proceeding ahead.
3. Now one should establish the encasement over the dried up concrete. Don’t forget to leave some extra space besides the encasement. Now design the oven with bricks in the way you desire. The bricks should be packed tightly with mortar as it makes the oven efficient.
4. The inner walls of the oven should be lined with bricks by provision of a plywood support.
5. Always keep some extra space to slide pizza into the oven easily because the temperature inside the oven would be really high.
6. Now you can style the external walls of the oven in any pattern you like.
7. Bricks can be stacked outside to provide the function of a chimney.
Everything should be dry before baking anything. If the baking is carried out in the wet structure there are chances that it might collapse. In order to make it completely dry, burn small logs of wood inside the oven to bind all the materials together. If properly designed, the oven could go long for a couple of years.
